This is an autobiographical project about gender identity.
I have lived as a tomboy, a girl in STEM, a transgender man, a non-binary "they/them", and a gender-bending, bi bearded lady in the game industry.
I want to share my story, and what I can of the impactful stories I have had the privilege of witnessing parallel to my own. My intention is to demystify the complicated world of gender politics, and invite reflection on what these stories have to teach us about gender.
In a time when transgender issues are a contentious political topic, I hope to build good faith and mutual understanding across political factions, and work towards a common goal of a world free of sex discrimination and regressive gender roles.
